Treating students as a STUDENT, rather than a number in our class. Some may think flexible personal teaching is ineffective and inefficient to a student, but figures no not lie. Only by small class group learning that we can pin point each student's weakness, correcting them till they reach our expectations with NO expenses on their lessons cost. Different paces of learning, but eventually every student will reach the same goal.
